Last updated: August 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gedstudytest.com (“the Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. No affiliation with GED Testing Service

GED® is a registered trademark of the American Council on Education (ACE) and is administered by GED Testing Service LLC. This Site is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by ACE or GED Testing Service LLC. References to the GED test are made only to describe the examination our practice material is designed to help you prepare for.

2. Educational purpose and no guarantee of results

The practice questions, explanations, and study content on the Site are written by us for study purposes. They are not actual test questions and are not drawn from any official examination. We make no promise that using the Site will result in a passing score or any particular outcome. Test content, scoring, format, and eligibility rules are set by the official test provider and may change at any time; you are responsible for confirming current requirements with the official source.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you create an account by signing in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

4. Ad-free upgrade, billing, and refunds

5. Acceptable use

You may use the content for your own personal, non-commercial study. Any other use requires our prior written permission. Trademarks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services including Google, Stripe, Vercel, and Cloudflare, and may contain links or advertisements pointing to third-party websites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. If we permanently discontinue the Site while you hold an unexpired ad-free upgrade, contact us and we will refund the unused portion.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. 10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or examination outcome, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $50 USD, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here removes any consumer protection right you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
